Charles "Cotton" Franklin Newberry Jr., 83, passed away Nov. 9, 2013. He was born Nov. 19, 1929 in Stanford, Ark. Funeral services will be Nov. 12, 2013 at Roller-Framers Union Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 11, 2013, from 5-7 p.m. at funeral home.
