William "Danny" Watson

William "Danny" Watson, 64, of Cabot died Friday Aug. 30, 2013 at the St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock. Danny was born In Newport, Ark. on Jan. 10, 1949 to Wiley and Lorene McGonigal Watson. He had lived in Cabot for 28 years moving there from Hoxie, Ark. He was a Farm Supply Marketing Director, member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Cabot. Danny was a loving husband, daddy, grandad and brother and also a beloved brother of the Hoxie class of 1966. He loved Bluegrass and Gospel music. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wiley and Lorene Watson. Survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Jimmye Carol Allison Watson of the home. Son; Gregg Watson and wife Amy and their children; Cole, Aidan, Claire, Aimsley, Ella of Fayetteville. Daughter; Allison Osterberg and husband Brad and their children; Watson Wade, Holly Lynn, Marie of Oklahoma City, Okla. Daughter; Autumn Watson and her children; Austin, Abby, Heathre, Addison, Blaise of Cabot. Brother; Wiley Norris Watson and wife Laura of Tucson, Ariz. Sister; Janis Henry and Husband Randall of Lebanon, Tenn. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday Sept. 3, 2013 at Emerson Memorial Chapel, with Rev. David Mitchell and Rev. Warner Allen officiating. Burial will be at the Masonic Cemetery in Pocahontas, Ark. with Emerson Funeral Home in charge. Active Pallbearers will be Gregg Watson, Brad Osterberg, Watson Wade Osterberg, Cole Watson, Aidan Watson, and Blaise Northern.
