LEROY HARRIS SR., 64, Little Rock, departed this life Sept. 18, 2013. Leroy was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his father, Tilmon Harris Sr.; mother, Myra Lee Williams; brothers, Lem Williams III., Tilmon Harris Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory children, Felecia Platt, Bruce Oliver, Monique, Leroy Jr., and Cheryl Harris; step-father, Lem Williams Jr.; siblings, Etta Mae Martin, Dorothy Lewis, Linda O'Neal, Marlon Williams, Joyce Dutcher, Charles Williams; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; other family and friends.
