Kristin Dawn Staggs

Kristin Dawn Staggs, 46, of Benton, passed away April 7, 2014. She was born November 16, 1967 in Cedar Falls, Iowa to Marion and Lorraine Marks Nelson. Kristin was raised in Mt. Home and later received a degree in business from Draughon Business College. She was co-owner of S & K Quality Plumbing in Alexander. Survivors, husband, Steve Staggs of Benton, daughter, Jessica Van Hoose (Chase) of Benton, parents, Marion and Lorraine Nelson of Mt. Home, brother, Merlin Nelson (Linda) of Mt. Home, sister, Melinda Chandler (Jack) of Morrilton and grandson, Harper Van Hoose of Benton. Chapel services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 10 a.m Saturday with Pastor Ronnie Inman officiating. Burial will follow at New Rosemont Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Ashbys. Family comments: Kristin was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister.
