Mary Sue Plunkett Clement of the Ain Community, near Grapevine, was born March 15, 1933 in the Ain Community, the daughter of the late Martin Luther and Claudie Smithey Plunkett. She was a member of Ain Missionary Baptist Church and was a retired telephone operator. Her greatest joy in life was her family, and she made many wonderful memories with them. Sue died Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at her home, at the age of 80. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband J.F. "Chub" Clement; granddaughter, Rebecca Clement; great grandchild, Tyler Bateman; brother, Huel Plunkett; sister, Connie Hayes; sisters-in-law, Marjorie Plunkett and Willene Plunkett; brother-in-law, Hansford Hayes. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Gina Clement of Sheridan; daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Richard Farmer of White Hall; grandchildren, Rachel Umholtz and husband Craig, Raven Rodgers and husband Michael, Terri Bateman and Charles Scott, Cody Parnell; great grandchildren, Rayleigh and Kersten; special friend, Virginia Lites; numerous other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan. Burial will be in Ain Cemetery.
