Audrey B. (Lawrence) Tedford

Audrey B. (Lawrence) Tedford, age 85, of Hot Springs, passed away Saturday May 31, 2014, at St. Vincent's-Hot Springs. She was born Feb. 24, 1929, in the Round Hill Community the daughter of Henry and Emma (Green) Lawrence. She was a receptionist for Lake Catherine Footwear, a member of the Grand Avenue United Methodist Church where she was in the Victory Sunday School Class, worked at the Methodist Thrift Store and played with the Hot Springs Strummers. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Loye E. "Ted" Tedford; brothers, James Earl, Woodrow, and Keith Lawrence; sisters, Vera Lawrence, Jessie Fite, Ernestine Bonner, and Edith Lawrence, Survivors are son, Ted Tedford (Sandra); daughters, Carolyn Kyle (W. Lamar), Lois Fitzpatrick (James E.), Vickie Hamilton (David); sisters, Ila Rhea Hankins, Jewell Scarborough, and Kathryn Lawrence; grandchildren, Jeff Fitzpatrick (Estella), Garrett Hamilton, Joshua Fitzpatrick, Aimee Tedford; great-granddaughter, Megan Fitzpatrick; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, June 2, from 6-8 p.m. at Regency Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, 10 a.m. June 3, in the Regency Chapel, with Reverend George Rook officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lamar Kyle, David and Garrett Hamilton, Larry and John Hankins, Jim Fitzpatrick.
