Geneva Irene Wilhelm Carmichael

Geneva Irene Wilhelm Carmichael, 82, of Bryant went to be with the Lord on Friday June 6, 2014. She was born July 14, 1931 to the late Carl and Addie Wilhelm of Alexander. She graduated from Mabelvale High School in 1949 and was married to the late Bobby Lee Carmichael of Bryant on June 20, 1953. She was a wonderful wife and devoted mother spending her life serving others, especially family and friends. She retired from the Alexander Post Office in 1996. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee; and three infant grandsons. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Ann Carmichael, of Bryant; a daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Jon Aldrich, of Alexander; a brother and sister-in-law, Clifford and Flo Wilhelm, of Alexander; and a niece, Janet Wilhelm, of Alexander. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ashby's. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Pine Crest Cemetery. Minister will be Pastor Lance Goddard.
