Lydia Young Dye

Lydia Young Dye, 62, of McGehee, Ark. died Thursday October 30, 2014 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, Ark. She was born in Batesville, Ark. on December 26, 1951 to the late Waymon and Ellen Froud Middleton. Lydia worked for many years as a real estate agent with Sherland-Young Real Estate Company. She also worked for Lucky Chevrolet for 12 years before her health failed. She loved to read and swim. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Dye and her sons, Prentice (Scooter) Young and Tommy Young. Survivors include sisters, Anne Cingolani of McGehee, Ark., Tammy Bogy of Pine Bluff, Ark. and Charlotte Turpin of Jonesboro, Ark.; brothers, Lamont Middleton and Kevin Middleton both of Pine Bluff, Ark.; one niece and several nephews. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee, Ark. A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service Chapel with Rev.
