Martha Lee Cason

Martha Lee Cason, 78, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away Sunday, Oct. 19, 2014. She was born April 20, 1936 in Appleton, Ark., to the late Robert and Gladys (Maxey) Holloway. Martha was a beautiful exquisite soul who was a wonderful adoring wife, a treasured mother and caring friend. She had a strong personality with a gentle spirit. She had a magnificent singing voice that was a joy to anyone who had the pleasure to hear her. She was a woman of deep faith whose time on earth was truly a blessing to all of the lives she touched. In her untimely passing, she will be missed more than tear filled words could ever express. Martha is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Fred Cason of Hot Springs, Ark.; son, Frank Cason (Jill) of Colorado Springs, Colo.; daughters, Julie Cason of Hot Springs, Ark., Laura Howell of Anna, Texas; sisters, Anne Irby of Hot Springs and Jeannette Jackson (Ken) of Granbury, Texas; grandchildren, Jennifer Cason of Dallas, Texas, Courtney Howell of Little Rock, Ark., and Billy Hegeman of Seattle, Wash,; and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
