Jamal Abu Hamdan

Jamal Abu Hamdan, born June 14, 1942, left us Saturday, April 4, 2015. Jamal is a renowned award winning Jordanian writer in the Arab world. He will be remembered by his legacy of many books, theatre and visual productions, and more. He is survived by his wife, Rima Eirani, daughters, Toula and Taraf, his son, Tawfeek and wife Lesley, his granddaughters, Jude and Sage Abohammdan. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Fayetteville. A celebration of Jamal's life will be held on Saturday, April 11 from 2-6 p.m. at his residence.
