Martha Evelyn McCrary

Martha Evelyn Sasser (Starkey) McCrary, age 88, died April 18, 2015. She was born February 5, 2927 in Collins (Drew County), Arkansas to James Arthur and Mae Elizabeth (Jones) Sasser. She was preceded in death by her parents, son James Robert Starkey and sister, Hattie Mae West. She is survived by her husband, Henry C. McCrary, her sister Elizabeth Faulkner, her son Danny Starkey and his wife Aleecia, granddaughter, Alyssa Starkey Goad and her husband, Wesley Goad. She is also survived by her precious great-grandson, Daniel Everett Goad and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Martha also leaves many longtime friends to cherish her memory. The family asks that memorials be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund, 401 North First Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72120. Visitation will be held 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72117. Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home.Burial will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
