Henry Shackelford

Mr. Henry Shackelford, age 82 and lifelong resident of Prescott, Ark., passed away Friday, April 24, 2015. Mr. Shackelford was born Jan. 22, 1933 in Prescott to Paul And Vera Hartsel Shackelford. He served his country in the United States Air Force. Mr. Shackelford, along with his late wife, Judy, were the former owners and operators of Shackelford The Funeral Home of Prescott. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Prescott. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Mr. Shackelford is preceded in the death by his parents; wife, Judy Mitchell Shackelford; one brother, James Shackelford; one sister and brother-in-law, Mary Helen and Dutchie Bright. His survivors include one daughter, Lynne Shackelford Hebert and husband, Darryl of Clearwater Beach, Fla; one grandson, Brandon Bernhard of Baton Rouge, La.; one granddaughter, Mitchell Bernhard of Big Sky, Mont.; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
