Donnie Franklin Melvin

Donnie Franklin Melvin, 65, Benton, passed away Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015. Donnie held multiple positions at AT&T/Avaya/Celestica and retired in 2006. He was a member of Social Hill Baptist Church and Triangle Hunting Club. Donnie loved his family and the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his mother, Fern Melvin. Survivors: wife, Brenda Chism Melvin; children: Teresa Litton (Matthew), Carla Lovell (Mike), Cara Hough (Dusty), and Joshua Melvin (Brooke); grandchildren: Cassie & Paul Lovell, Avery, Dalton & Reid Hough, Jackson & Emma Lynn Melvin; father, Tom Melvin; siblings: Paulette Williams, Kay Chism, Ricky Melvin, Ronnie Melvin and Missy Kelley; mother-in-law, Jewell Chism and brother-in-law, Clint Chism.
