Richard Henry Royse, 81, of Pine Bluff, died Wednesday. Survivors: wife, Lucille; three daughters, Kathy Whitmore, Sandy Llewellyn and Jessica Royse; son, Johnny Miller; brother, James Royse; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
