William Ray "Bill" Pennington, 73, formerly of Camden, Ark., peacefully passed from this life at his home in Alexander, Arkansas on August 23, 2015. Visitation will be August 26, 2015, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Celebration of life service will be August 27, 2015, at noon in the chapel at Dial & Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant, Ark. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery in Alexander, Ark.
