Barbara Gail Thompson

Barbara Gail Chitman Thompson, 62, of Cabot, passed away on August 25, 2015. She was born March 7, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Herman Louis Chitman and Betty Jean Trammell Chitman. She was a long time member of Austin Station Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sons, Louis Thompson (Jessica), William Thompson, and Serina Thompson Cole (Matthew); one sister, Vancene Van Sleet (Jim); grandchildren, Asher, Dakota, Taylor, and Tara Thompson, and Blake and Loagan Cole; one niece, Elaine Shockey; great nephews, Timmy and Cody Alvarado; great niece, Krystal Alvarado; Uncles, Jimmy Trammell (Yvonna), Donald Trammell (Jeanetta), Clinton Trammell (Sharon), and Larry Trammell (Linda), and many, many cousins, friends, and her church family. Funeral Service will be Friday, August 28, 2015, at 10 a.m. at Austin Station Baptist Church in Austin. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 27, from 6-8 p.m. at the church.
