F. Auston Griffing III

F. Auston Griffing III, 33, passed away December 15, 2015 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Born to F.A. Griffing, Jr. and Cynthia Foster on February 3, 1982 in Tulsa, OK, Auston achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and graduated from Cascia Hall in 2000. He earned his MBA from the University of Tulsa where he was also a Sigma Chi.  Auston married his college sweetheart and soulmate, Audrey May, in September 2013. Preceded in death by: his father, F.A. Griffing Jr.; grandparents, Herbert and Darlene Foster and F.A. Sr. and Priscilla Griffing; and his uncle, Frank Foster. He is survived by: his wife, Audrey May Griffing; his mother, Cynthia Foster; his half-sister, Lindsay Crawford; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gene & Paula May; sister-in-law, Emily (Robert) Bemberg; several aunts and uncles; five cousins; his Sigma Chi brothers, along with his extended family and many close friends. A rosary will be held Thursday, December 17th at 7 p.m. at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel in Tulsa, Okla. Memorial service will be held Friday, December 18th at 3 P.M. at Holy Family Cathedral, Tulsa, Okla. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the wonderful and caring staff of Willow Court at the AR Health Center who cared for Auston during the last year of his life.
