Mary Lou Wright

Mary Lou Wright, 99, of Little Rock, Ark. peacefully passed on December 14, 2015. She was born February 12, 1916, to the late Tom and Hattie Hood in Menifee, Arkansas. Preceding her in death a husband, Otha Wright; son, Macy Henderson Sr.; four brothers, Ivory (Buck) Hood, Anderson Hood, Charlie Hood and Gus Hood; four sisters, Gertrude Taylor, Fannie Atkins, Martha Brown and Correntha Cunningham. She leaves to cherish her memories: a daughter-in-law, Maxine Henderson; five grandsons, Ivory Henderson, Anthony Henderson, Macy (Felcia) Henderson Jr., Marcus Henderson and Andre Henderson; four granddaughters, Jaqueline Ross, Shelia Winston Huff, Michelle (Derrick) Henderson Owens and Mia Henderson; one brother, Chester Hood; 17 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Home going services will be on Saturday, December 19, 2015, 1:30 pm. Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery, Clarendon, Arkansas.
