Isaac Dale Sr., 87, of North Little Rock, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015. He leaves to cherish his memory; children, Vanessa Robinson, Cher Baker (Corry), Marshall Dale Jr., Phyllis Collins (Reginal) and Frank Mayfield (Angela).
