Alice Rosel Foot

Alice Rosel Foot, 90, of Tollville, was born Nov. 5,1925 to Bascum and Mable Beeler Rosel and died Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015. She was always a farmer's wife and enjoyed knitting, quilting and working in her yard. Alice was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, J.R. Foot, Jr. and two great-granddaughters, Hannah Grace Rounsavall and Kay Rounsavall. She is survived by three children: Barbara Rounsavall Rogers of Hazen, Kenneth Foot and wife, Rita of Tollville, and Charles Foot and wife, Debbie of El Dorado; eight grandchildren: Kevin Rounsavall (Christi) of Hazen, John Foot of Hazen, Jeanette Petrus of Carlisle, Jeff Rounsavall (Andrea) of Hazen, Benji Foot (Shelia) of Tollville, Kim Key (Jason) of El Dorado, Jeffrey Foot (Selisa) of Tollville, and Tracie Jones (Matt) of Mississippi; brother, Phillip Rosel (Loretta) of Clarksville; sisters, Jane Holmes of Fort Smith and Susan Robinson (Mike) of Michigan; 17 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, Dec. 21, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Westbrook Funeral Home in Hazen. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 22 at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Tollville. Burial will be in Peppers Lake Cemetery South of De Valls Bluff. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church.
