Sue Ella Russell Hendershott

Sue Ella Russell Hendershott, age 73, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Hospice Home Care surrounded by her family. Sue Ella was born in Fordyce, Arkansas on December 9, 1942. She graduated from Fordyce High School and attended Henderson State Teacher's College. Sue Ella was preceded in death by her parents Martha and Robert A. Russell. She is survived by her husband of 32 years David Hendershott, children Laura Bush Plunkett of Dallas, Texas (Albert Plunkett), David Bush of Little Rock, Ark. (Amy Bush), and Kelly Hendershott of Memphis, Tenn.; eight grandchildren whom she adored and enjoyed more than anything; Drake Plunkett, Jackson Plunkett, Hannah Lawson, Haley Lawson, Olivia Bush, David Michael Bush, Paige Hendershott and Peyton Hendershott. Her family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and staff that took such good care of her at Hospice Home Care, especially Ora Lewis. A memorial reception in her honor will be held Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Our Lady of Holy Souls Parish Hall 1003 N. Tyler St. Little Rock, Ark. 72205.
