Willis Franklin Bell, 52, of Jonesboro, originally of Des Arc, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2015. Survivors include mother, Janice Bell; sister, Rita Dobson; two brothers, Davis and Carloss Bell. Visitation will be Sunday, Feb. 1, from 2-4 p.m. at Garth Funeral Home, Des Arc. Funeral services will be Monday, Feb. 2 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Des Arc.
