Bobby Lou Harr

Bobbie Lou Harr, 79, of Rogers, died on January 29, 2015. She was born on September 25, 1935 in Summerfield, La., to the late James Richard and Ruby Mae (Knight) Moss. Bobbie was a homemaker who devoted her life to caring for her own family and for the foster children who passed through her house over the years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Rogers. Survivors include her children, Randy Harr of Rogers, Brenda Patton of Irving, Texas, Donita Harr of West Siloam Springs, Okla., and Jeff Harr of Rogers; sister, Thaya Carroll of Fort Smith; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lloyd Harr; and a brother, James Richard Moss Jr. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at First Presbyterian Church in Rogers.
