Ronald Richard Grafe, 73, of Little Rock, passed away February 22, 2015. Born in Painesville, Illinois to Richard and Lucille Massey Grafe, he was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church. Ronald was a Third and Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus, a strong supporter of Forty Days for Life and had over 3,000 hours as a volunteer for St. Vincent Infirmary. He was a 2008 Honorary Alumnus of Catholic High School and former president of the Holy Souls Men's Club. Since 1986, he was the announcer for Catholic High's football games. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Berg Grafe; sons, Thomas L. Grafe of Huntsville, Texas, Robert E. Grafe of London, England and Christopher J. Grafe (Olivia) of Seabrook, Texas; brothers, Randall L. Grafe (Judy) of Pearl City, Hawaii, Paul P. Grafe (Cynthia) of Boerne, Texas and Kurt L. Grafe (Christine) of Huntsville; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. We would like to thank the Foxridge Estates' staff and all the wonderful caregivers who helped us during this difficult time. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 25 beginning at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Rosary at 7 p.m. at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Erik Pohlmeier on Thursday, February 26 at 11 a.m. at the church, followed by interment in the Holy Souls Columbarium.
