Juanita Forga Tidwell

Juanita Faye Forga Tidwell, age 91, of Hot Springs, passed away Thursday. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Spriggs Nutt of Pearcy; her granddaughter and her wife, Tippi McCullough and Barbara Mariani of Little Rock; her grandson, Brett McCullough and her great-grandson, Skylar McCullough both of Pearcy; two sisters, Jackie Dollar of Fayetteville and Twyla Forga of Hot Springs. Services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday in the Mount Tabor Community Church, Glenwood. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Monday at the Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs. Interment will be in the Mount Tabor Cemetery, under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
