Elmer Fred Biermann Jr., 81, of Little Rock, died Monday after a long battle with cancer. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri, Sept. 14, 1933. Preceded in death by Nancy, his wife of 52 years, he leaves behind his wife of seven years, Patsy; daughters, Linda Black (Chip), Janet Carson (Clay); and grandchildren: Kyle, Lauren, Katie, and Whitney. Elmer was a Korean War army veteran, and he was retired from Western Electric where he worked for 32 years. He was an avid golfer, a huge Cardinal and Razorback fan, and he loved to travel. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 14, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark. 72211, (501) 224-8300. Funeral service will be at Second Presbyterian Church, 600 Pleasant Valley Drive in Little Rock at 11 a.m. on Thursday.
