Charlotte Anice Lobley

Charlotte Anice "Neecy" Dozier Lobley, age 74, of Cabot, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2015. She was born August 18, 1940 in Strong, Arkansas to the late Homer and Odell Dozier. She was preceded in death by her sister Regina Humphries. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Ted Lobley of Cabot, children, Cathy Dougherty and Mike of Cabot, Kelley Chambless and her husband , Donny of Lonoke, Kim Hill and her husband Mark of Sherwood, Kelli Holsted and husband Keith of Sherwood, 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Bernard Dozier of Memphis, Tenn. and one brother-in-law Harold Humphries of Monroe, La. Neecy, as her friends knew her, fought a long hard battle with cancer. A gathering of family and friends will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, January 16, 2015 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. The family would like to thank Dr. Govin and his staff at UAMS and all the staff at UAMS that took care of her, with love. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the UAMS Oncology Department. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.
