Edward Lamar "Biggun" Tubbs

Edward Lamar "Biggun" Tubbs, 64, of McGehee, Arkansas passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015 at McGehee Desha County Hospital in McGehee, Ark. Biggun was born on October 28, 1950 in Dermott, AR to Martha Elizabeth Kyzer Tubbs and the late Lamar E. Tubbs. He attended Arkansas A&M College at Monticello. Biggun owned and operated Tubbs Body Shop for 44 years. He loved to hunt, go to the horse races and loved to restore vintage cars. He was a Baptist. He is preceded in death by his father, Lamar E. Tubbs. Survivors include his wife, Jane Beegle Tubbs of McGehee, Ark.; his mother, Martha Elizabeth Kyzer Tubbs of McGehee, Ark.; his son, Jason Rana and his wife, Tiffani of Beebe, Ark.; his daughter, Amanda Montgomery and her husband, Heath of East End, Ark.; brothers, Lemuel Tubbs and his wife, Holly of Little Rock, Ark. and his twin brother Larry Tubbs and his wife Peggy of Bellaire, Ark.; sister, Sue Pambianchi and her husband, Lawrence of McGehee, Ark.; grandchildren, Damian Rana and Kaitlyn Rana and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee, Ark. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 19, 2015 at First Baptist Church in McGehee, Ark. with Rev. Kenny Culpepper officiating. Burial will be at Tillar Cemetery in Tillar, Ark.
