Bobby Gene Windle

Bobby Gene Windle, age 79, of Perryville, Ark. passed away Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015 at his home with his wife of 55 years at his side. He was born May 11, 1935 in Perryville, Ark. He retired from a 26 year career with the U.S. Forest Service. Bob served in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. In addition to his wife Nancy Windle, he is survived by four children; Tim (Jill) Windle of North Little Rock, Susan (Richard) Webre of Farmington, Brad (Gina) Windle, and Pam (Ira) Ussery, both of Perryville, Ark.; five grandchildren, Ashton Stewart, Jonathan Windle, Daniel Windle, Lydia Ussery, and David Rycroft. He was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Maddie Grace Windle who was waiting for him, his mother, Louise Ewing, and his grandmother who raised him Beulah Windle. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015 at Smyers Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Corder and Dr. Mike Stanley officiating. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
