Myrtle Lucille Edwards

Myrtle Lucille Edwards, 99, of Formosa, Ark. passed away Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015. She was born July 22, 1915 in Formosa, Ark. to Ed and Dola (Hogue) Holloway. She was a member of the Hickory Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Dola Holloway; husband, Henry Edwards; brother, R.E. Holloway and sister, Ruby Gordon. Myrtle is survived by her son, Charles Edwards of Center Ridge, Ark.; five daughters, Almyra Pruitt of Barton City, Mich.; Edna Dell Crain of Fisk, Mo.; Shirlene Nelson of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; Vanessa Guinn of Center Ridge, Aek. and Teresa Kirkendoll of Shirley, Ark.; 24 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; 29 great-great-grandchildren; nephew, Shelby Gordon and many close friends. Visitation will be 1 p.m. and funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Clinton, Ark., with Pastor James Schremp officiating.
