Bob Edgar James, 83, died July 2015, with his wife, Melba, by his side. The memorial service will be held Saturday, July 11, at 10 a.m. at Second Baptist Church (8th and Scott) Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Ozark Society Inc. P.O. Box 2914, Little Rock, Ark. 72203.
