Paul William Mace, 78, of North Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2015. He was born January 10, 1937 in Woodstock, Illinois to Harold and Beulah Mace. Paul is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carolyn Mace; his son, John Mark (Carla); his daughter, Paula Faulkner (Bryce); granddaughters, Ella Mace, Avery Mace, Danielle Westbrook; step-grandsons, Joseph Faulkner and Matthew Faulkner and sister-in-law, Betty Jo Rostron. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Stanley Mace and David Mace. Paul enjoyed traveling with Carolyn and various groups from church and the Air National Guard. He enjoyed sharing the outdoors with his son, camping and outings with the Boy Scouts. He was a member of Amboy Baptist Church, where he was a deacon and sang bass in the choir for many years. He loved his family and will be remembered as a good provider, husband, father, grandfather, and for his sense of humor. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Friday, July 17, 2015 at Amboy Baptist Church, 5628 MacArthur Drive, North Little Rock, Ark. 72118, with interment following at Edgewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Ark. 72116 (501-791-7400).
