Joe Lonnie Garrett, 83, of Rison, died Saturday. He is survived by his wife Maryann Garrett of Rison and three nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Arrangements are by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
