Elizabeth G. Rutledge

Elizabeth G. Rutledge, age 89, of Jacksonville went to be with her Lord on Monday, July 27, 2015. She was born August 19, 1925 in Lake Worth, Florida to the late Ray and Mary Unkefer. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Jacksonville. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting, crafting, and water aerobics. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Leon Rutledge, one son, Stanley K. Rutledge, and her sister, Evelyn Durst. She is survived by her daughters, Carol S. Rutledge, Mary Ellen Carmichael (Steve), one brother, Earl Unkefer, grandchildren; Amy Jones, Scott Barton, Kevin Rutledge, one great-grandson, Eli Jones and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with Bro. Cliff Hutchins officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
