O'Lyviah James

O'Lyviah Joi James of Little Rock died at birth Friday, July 24, 2015. She was the daughter of Lesia Tolbert and Victor James also of Little Rock. Burial services will be held at Arkansas Memorial Gardens in Jacksonville, Ark. Friday at 9 am and will be followed by a repass held at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home.
