Alexander Humphrey, Jr.

Alexander Humphrey, Jr. departed this life for his eternal home on Friday, June 5, 2015. He was born to the late Alexander Humphrey, Sr. and Lydia Bennett Humphrey on October 30, 1921 in Washburn, Maine. "Al" was married for 58 years to the love of his life, Wanza Hoover Humphrey, who greeted him in Heaven. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, and was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. He and his family were members of the Sylvan Hills Church of Christ. Al leaves behind to cherish his memory two daughters, Becky Patterson (Ronny) and Sherry Price (Doug); four grandsons: Jeffrey Kennan, Matthew Kennan, Trey Price (Whitney), and Hunter Price; one granddaughter, Stephanie Harrison (Zack); three great-grandsons; and three great-granddaughters. Tuesday morning services will be held at Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Rd. in North Little Rock.
