William Henry "Billy" Wagner, 42, of Little Rock, beloved son; brother, uncle, cousin, friend was taken to be with our Lord in Heaven on June 21, 2015. He is survived by his loving parents; brother, Dan Wagner; sisters, Kristy Eanes (Greg), Jacqueline Kaufman; niece Christina Kaufman; and numerous family members and friends. Billy was beloved by countless brother and sister Wabbits, Rockets, and Trojans. He would give a friend and a stranger alike the shirt off his back. He was as loyal as they come. His leadership skills were of the quiet variety, whether it be as ROTC battalion commander, national championship fitness team captain, construction job superintendent, or co-founder of Tree Streets, Inc. His love for others and not himself is an example for us all. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday June 26 at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4000 N. Rodney Parham Rd, Little Rock, Ark. 72212. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 20 St. Boniface Dr., Bigelow, Ark. 72016.
