Wallace Edward Forbush

Wallace Edward Forbush, 80, of Little Rock, passed away June 24, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Little Rock to William Wallace Forbush and Flossie Bell Johnson Forbush, and was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam. He retired from the military after 23 years of service. He was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. Preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Fred and Lee Forbush, and a son, Patrick Allen Forbush, he is survived by his wife of 61 years, Delilah (Dolly) Neeley Forbush; son, Michael Wayne Forbush (Michele) of Hensley; brother, Carroll Forbush (Shirley) of Ohio; grandchildren, Nicholas Forbush (Amanda), Tandra Griffis and Michael Forbush (Amber), and three great-grandchildren, all of Hensley. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 28 from 4-6 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Josh Stengel on Monday, June 29 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel, followed by interment with Military Honors at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
