PHILLIP K. HORTON, 61, of Mabelvale, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Feb. 20, 2015. He was born Nov. 22, 1953 in Little Rock. Phillip attended Trinity Baptist Church in Mabelvale. He retired from Ameron after more than 20 years of faithful service. Phillip enjoyed the outdoors, including hunting, camping, and working with his chickens but especially loved fishing. He is survived by two sons, Jeremy K. Horton (Jillian) of Fordyce and Danny L. Harris of Bryant; one daughter, Brandie Hinton (Brian) of Glendale, Ariz.; mother, Dean Treat (Leo) of Conway; grandchildren, Taylor, Noah, Anna-Kate, Greyson, Nathan, Caspian, Abigail, and Atticus; two brothers, Steve Horton (Linda) and Michael Treat (Christi) both of Conway; also many other loving family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, Nitaya; father, Bennie W. Horton; and brother, Ronald T. Horton. A funeral service will be held at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway at 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 3, 2015 with Reverend Jeremy Horton and Reverend Michael Treat officiating.
