Emma Jayne Cater

Emma Jayne Cater, 87, of Monticello, Ark., and formerly of Mcgehee, Ark., left us Wednesday, March 4, 2015, to fly with the angels forevermore. She is the daughter of the late Roosevelt and Dovie Williams; beloved wife for 70 years of James O. Cater, Jr.; sister of Pratt Williams of Mcgehee, Ark. and Richard Williams of Springdale, Ark. She is the mother of David Ronnie Cater of Monticello, and the Late Jimmy Cater. Emma is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held March 12, 2015 from 4-6 p.m. at Old Union Church on Jose Chapel Rd. in Monticello, Ark.
