Daniel Henthorne

Daniel "Dan" Henthorne, age 73, of Benton, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015. He was born October 10, 1941 in Bauxite, Arkansas. Dan was a diesel mechanic at ALCOA and a member of Geyer Springs Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Edna Henthorne; son, Daniel Henthorne and a sister, Sandra Henthorne Mills. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Bonnie Henthorne; two sons, David Henthorne and wife Michele and Darren Henthorne; daughter-in-law, Cristi Brown and husband Clint all of Benton and five grandchildren, Joshua Henthorne of Bentonville, Tyler Henthorne, Marie Henthorne, Kayla Brown and Kloee Brown all of Benton. Visitation will be 9 to 10 a.m. Friday, March 13 at Ashby Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at New Rosemont Cemetery. Bro. Ted Stanton will be officiating.
