Jimmy D. Lindsey

Jimmy D. Lindsey, 81, of Newport, departed this life Friday March 20, in Little Rock. Mr. Lindsey was a member of the Glenn St. Church of Christ, he loved being with family, doing yard work and was an Air Force Veteran. Mr. Lindsey was preceded in death by his parents, A.C and Polly Zuber Lindsey and one sister, Jean Kirk. He is survived by his wife, of 33 years, Donna Lindsey of Newport; son, Rickey and wife Kathy Camp of Greenbrier; two daughters, Regina and husband Bill Limbert of Tuckerman, Sonja and husband Mark Skelton of Batesville; niece, Dorthy Jean and husband Sidney Bailey of Illinois; two great nieces, Lindsey Finholt, Leslee Bailey both of Illinois; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Dillinger Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Monday 10 a.m. at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Newark.
