Lillian Marie Gerlowski Ivey

Lillian Marie Gerlowski Ivey, 75, of Jacksonville, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2015. She was born on November 26, 1939 in Carnegie, Pennsylvania. She enjoyed camping at Lake DeGray and spending quality time with her family. Lillian is a true example of a fighter. Her compassion for helping others will always be remembered and cherished forever. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Terry Ivey and daughter, Beverly Ann Ivey. Lillian is survived by her daughter, Joyce Jean Slaughter and husband, B.W. Slaughter; her son, Terry Ivey and wife Tami Ivey; grandchildren, Robi Finley and fiancé Julie Dame, Sondra Ivey and fiance' Fred Shaffer, Ericka Ivey, Amber Ivey, Trudy Main and husband Jeff Main; and great-grandchildren, Jordan Main, Nicole Main, Lisa Main and Elijah Shaffer. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2015 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas (501-791-7400). Interment will follow at Arkansas Memorial Gardens in North Little Rock. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
