Mattie Pearl Gardner Summerville

Mrs. Mattie Pearl Gardner Summerville entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, in Pine Bluff, Ark. She was born in Hermitage, Ark., July 8, 1943 to the late James Gardner,Sr. and Willie Gardner Johnson. Mattie Pearl mentored and tutored many LPN and RN students. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the New Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Pine Bluff, Ark., with the Reverend Donald Agee,officiating. Interment will be at the P.K. Miller Cemetery with services entrusted the P.K. Miller Mortuary of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. at the mortuary on Tuesday, May 12,2015. Mrs. Summerville will lie in repose at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
