Hattie F. Rolf, 88 years old, went to be with her Lord on Saturday May 9th, 2015. Hattie was a faithful member of St. Edwards Catholic Church from marriage until 1985 and then a member of Christ the King Catholic Church to present. Her strong faith and example of love for God sustained her throughout her life. She was greatly loved by all her lifelong friends, her family, and all who had the fortune of crossing her path. Her zest for life, outgoing, fun loving personality, and feistiness made her very popular and respected by people of all ages. Hattie was born in Scott, Arkansas in 1927. Her family moved to Bauxite, Ark. several years later where she graduated from High School. She went on to work for Southwestern Bell. She was transferred to Denver, Colorado where she married her husband of over 50 years, Raymond Rolf. They moved back to Little Rock to work on the family farm. She also successfully opened and operated seven optical stores across Arkansas. Hattie and her husband Raymond had six children. She is now reunited in heaven with Raymond, her two sons Gary and Bill, and her nephew Michael Walton. She is survived by her four children: Steve Rolf, Regina Koon, John Rolf, Lisa Boardman, and her niece Diane Walton, ten grandchildren, one great grandchild, along with numerous friends and family members who will miss her greatly. Visitation will be held at 6 p.m. followed by a Rosary Service at 7 p.m. on Wednesday May 13th at Griffin Leggett Healy & Roth Funeral Home, 5800 W 12th St. Little Rock, Ark. 72204. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday May 14th at Christ the King Catholic Church, 4000 N Rodney Parham Rd., Little Rock, Ark. 72212.
