Jeff Harvey

Jeff J. Harvey (Serge) was born in Memphis, Tenn. He retired from Little Rock Air Force Base as a Sergeant. He transitioned on May 11, 2015. He was an entrepreneur of several businesses in Little Rock. He is survived by his daughter, Cynara Harvey (Eddie), and four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and five siblings. The family will receive friends, Sunday, May 17, from 6 til 7 p.m. and funeral services will be Monday, May 18, 11 a.m. with both services held at the funeral home.
