Kathleen Fooks

Kathleen Fooks, age 68, of Benton, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015. She was born September 16, 1946 in Janesville, Wis. Kathleen worked for the Arkansas State Highway Department. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Fooks and her son, William Topp. She is survived by two sons, John Topp and Mark Topp both of Wisconsin; step-son, Phillip Fooks Jr. of Texas; three step-daughters, Sheri Womble of Florida, Laurie Fooks of Texas and Janine Petriscko of New Jersey; her parents, Robert and Phyllis Homan of Wisconsin; sister, Linda Frank (Roger) of Wisconsin; brother-in-law, Daniel Fooks (Nell) of Benton; sister-in-law, Sandra Craig (Roger) of Texas; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
