Richard Otto Williams

Richard Otto Williams, 26, of Cabot, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2015. He was born on November 14, 1988 in Oscoda, Michigan to Ronald E. Williams and Juanita Wolfe. Richard was a 2007 graduate of Cabot High School who loved playing on the football team. He was a hard worker who loved life, especially after the birth of his son Nixon, who he loved dearly. He is preceded in death by grandparents; Sherri Wolfe as well as Barbara and Richard Williams. Richard is survived by his parents; Juanita Carter and husband Shawn, Ronald Williams and wife Erica, son; Nixon Otto Williams, girlfriend, Monique F. Cadena, step-brothers and sisters; Seth, Ethan, and Hannah Carter and Floyd Eric Story, grandfather; William Wolfe, as well as many friends. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Nixon Otto Williams Scholarship Fund at any First Arkansas Bank and Trust location. Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 27, from 6-7 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 7 p.m. at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home, 700 N. Second Street, Cabot, Ark. (501) 843-5816.
