Charles F. Wilson

Charles F. Wilson Jr., was born Oct 21, 1929 to Floyd and Bess Wilson. He graduated from Hot Springs High School in 1947 and from Henderson State University in 1954. Charlie served in three branches of the service, Marine Corps, Army and Air Force. He was a sales executive with Ideal Cement Company retiring after 35 years. He is survived by his wife, Dale Reaves Wilson, and three sons, Kent Wilson (Sandra), Craig Wilson (Lisa) and David Wilson. He leaves behind also his four grandchildren, Emily Tucker, Katie Wilson, Adam Wilson and Jordan Wilson and two precious great-grandchildren, Layne and Grey Tucker. After retirement he played with the Stardust Big Band for over 15 years. The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30th at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 228 Spring St., Hot Springs, officiated by Rev. CB Baker. Guest may register at www.grossfuneralhome.com.
