Nelda Jean Morris

Nelda Jean Morris, 76, of Conway went to be with the Lord, November 3, 2015. She was born May 2, 1939 in Searcy to the late Sid and Myrtle Mason Lawson. Jean was also preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Morris. Jean was a longtime member of Ironton Baptist Church in Little Rock. She was a past Worthy Matron of the Order of The Eastern Star of Pulaski Heights Lodge. Jean was employed by the Pulaski County School District as a Secretary for many years until her retirement. The most important thing of all to Jean was her family. Jean is survived by her children, Patricia Greenwood (Jack) of Arkadelphia and Michael Morris of Conway, grandchildren, Eddie Greenwood (Charlie), Alan Greenwood (Laura), Landon Morris and Drew Morris, great-grandchildren, Bailey and Jax Greenwood, her brother, Bill Lawson and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday November 6th at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Crestlawn Memorial Park.
